Investing in men has been and is the focus of Hope and Help International (HHI). We strongly believe that partnering with nationals is the wisest and most efficient way of Reaching the Unreached of any nation with the Gospel. HHI recently received a simple report of one of our coordinators from northern India.
Moni begins his report by sharing that all of the members of his family have been sick with a viral fever and he has asked for special prayer for his wife because the doctor has suggested that she have surgery. (Since receiving Moni’s report his wife had a successful surgery and is recovering well.)
He then shared about a new House Fellowship that was started by an evangelist from his church. This new house fellowship is located in a village nearly 75 km from Tezpur. This evangelist has been visiting every week and there is now about 18 children that are attending Sunday School and six families attending every Sunday. This young evangelist has made 45 new contacts and reports that two ladies are ready to accept Christ as their Savior.
Moni writes that he has visited this new house fellowship on 3 different Sundays and he asks us to pray for this new work as well as to pray for this young evangelist and his wife and family.
This is what HHI is all about, Committing Truth to Faithful Men and Women that will in turn share it with others. However, one of the hardest things we do is finding churches, Sunday School Classes, Small Groups, Families, etc. that will invest in the lives of those ready to go and share the love of Christ with those who have yet to hear God’s love for them.
Because of the investment of people like you, young pastors are equipped and are sharing the gospel with those in their villages. They in turn are investing in others.
