Hope and Help International was founded in January 2005, but actually began in the heart of Director Larry Malone during one of his many mission trips into India. During a visit in 2001 Larry learned that there are more than 600,000 villages and towns in India and 550,000 of them still have no Gospel witness. He was challenged by Dr. John David, President and Founder of AMG India, to pray for more laborers to take the light of the Gospel into the areas that are still in darkness.

Larry saw that the evangelists who are serving in rural India have a great zeal for sharing the Good News of the Gospel but most have little or no training and education. They lack the resources to adequately evangelize and plant strong doctrinally sound churches. It was out of Larry's desire to help these men that Hope and Help International was founded in cooperation with Trevor and Lori Overcash.

Hope and Help International is a ministry dedicated to Fulfilling the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. We are convinced that the best and most efficient way to carry out our mission is by partnering with nationals. It is our desire to see God call, equip, and send out faithful men so that every village and town might have a chance to hear the Gospel.

Hope and Help International believes this can be accomplished through:

• Evangelizing the Unreached
• Discipling of Believers
• Equipping Saints for Ministry
• Ministering to Human Need

The focus of Hope and Help is equipping servants and training leaders. This is accomplished through the Hope Bible Conferences and the Timothy Leadership Institute.
