The Timothy Leadership Institute is designed to provide personal mentoring in a cross-cultural setting.

The Program is designed to allow a visiting pastor / Bible teacher to enter a three-year discipleship covenant with faithful, selected evangelists and/or pastors who are reaching 5 -10 villages each, thus giving a pastor the ability to share with thousands of people.

The Purpose is to provide instruction, discipleship and mentoring of God-called ministers so that their effectiveness is increased and Jesus Christ might be glorified.

The Focus is:

1) Methods of Bible Study / Bible Doctrine

2) Personal Spiritual Growth / Missions, Evangelism & Discipleship

3) Teaching Principles and Methods / Church Ministry, Administration and Education

“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2

This verse very aptly describes the men with whom HHI is working. They are faithful to carry out their calling to share the Gospel. They are dedicated and willing to risk their lives to make sure their fellow-countrymen hear the Good News. Their faith in Jesus Christ is authentic and true.

Unfortunately, most of these men have had very little training. HHI is working to make sure that their Biblical knowledge and ministry skills are equal to their zeal. We are doing this through the Timothy Leadership Institute.

The Timothy Leadership Institute is designed to provide Bible knowledge and practical ministry skills for national missionaries without them having to leave their ministries or families. TLI majors on Bible Knowledge, Spiritual Growth and Ministry Skills.

Jesus loved the world. He blessed thousands.
But He invested Himself in the lives of twelve men.
